Lead Enrichment
Enrichment automatically identifies the company behind each lead and bumps the conversion value up when that company has more size/quality — with no configuration required on your part.
Access: open the account (client) → Lead Enrichment.
Enable
A single toggle: Enable lead enrichment. Off by default on every new account.
There are no fields to fill in, credentials to configure, or rules to tune — the enrichment engine is shared across all accounts and works out of the box.
How it works (in plain language)
- From the data the CRM already sends (email domain, company website, CNPJ, or company name), True Conversions tries to resolve the company's CNPJ (Brazil's tax ID) behind the lead.
- With the CNPJ resolved, it looks up public company data (size, industry, age).
- Those attributes become a modifier — a multiplier (e.g., 1.3×) applied to the conversion value. Larger/higher-quality companies get a slightly higher value; personal leads or very small companies stay unchanged (1.0× modifier).
Mapping the optional cnpj, website, or company_name fields in Field Mapping helps Enrichment identify the company faster and more accurately — but it's not required.
When the adjustment applies
The Enrichment adjustment only applies while the conversion value is still an estimate — i.e., at funnel stages below 100% (see Value Optimization). Once a deal is marked realized/won (100%), the system sends the deal's real value, with no adjustment — at that point you already know exactly what the deal is worth, so there's no reason to inflate or reduce it by a quality estimate.
If the account doesn't use Value Optimization, Enrichment applies normally to the value sent (there's no stage distinction in that case).
Is it safe to leave on?
Yes. Enrichment never blocks or fails an event — if it can't identify the company (timeout, insufficient signal, network error), the modifier simply stays at 1.0× (no effect) and the conversion proceeds normally.
Sensitive data (CPF and partner/ownership information) is discarded before any caching, in compliance with LGPD.
Where to see the result
On the account page, under Recent Events, expand a processed event: if Enrichment identified the company, its name appears there. On the Delivery & Quality page (Stats), the "Enriched" percentage shows how many processed events had a company identified.
